Export Sales Manager

Leading industrial company in the refining, manufacturing and bottling of olive oils and vegetable oils industry, operating from the North East of Spain, in full growth and expansion. Holds the leader regional brand, consolidated national presence in major retailers, and exports worldwide to more than 70 countries over the 5 continents. Supplies, worldwide, a broad range of customers, from top international supermarket chains to small family HORECA business.

    • Ability to perform autonomously and collaboratively in rapid-pace, high pressure environment.
    • Established experience in international agricultural and food markets, particularly B2B sector.
    • Proactivity and self-motivation.
    • Studies: Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or F.P. in administration.
    • English: high level. Knowledge of other languages is valued.

What you will be doing:

    • Customer Management Responsibilities: to build commercial proposals of prices, volumes, and supplies of bottled and bulk olive oils and vegetable oils. To negotiate contractual conditions, confirm orders and coordinate the supply of different customers, including the supervision of logistics.
    • New Business Development: working proactively in the search and development of new business, new customers, new markets and new commercial opportunities with current customers.
    • To develop the activity within the export department, according to the commercial strategy jointly agreed with the top Management, regarding the accomplishment of price conditions, margins and volumes of each customer and market, as per agreed Budget.
    • To analyse the customers portfolio, to manage the range of products and activities.  
    • To plan and execute the Commercial Strategy and Budget agreed with Top Management.
    • To pursue and achieve the agreed quantitative and qualitative personal objectives.
    • To attend fairs and events to be held in relevant markets.
    • To prospect, visit and manage commercial relationships with wholesale and retail customers in the markets assigned.
